Hello Everyone, I hope you all have had a good week, I know I am ready for the weekend not to mention Saturday is National Scrapbook Day and yes I am teaching a class at a local recreational center.
For todays color challenge the colors where Red, Blue & Cream, I kind of like that combination. So with that being said I used C3218 Beauty Pageant by Just For Fun Rubber Stamps, I stamped the image in black ink, used my S4-202 Deckled Rectanlges LG from Spellbinders, taped the cut side down over my image and ran it through my Wizard. I took my glossy accents and coated the front of my stamped image, set it aside. I cut out 2 additional deckled rectanlges and the S4-235 Fancy Tags, added a little bling, tied a big red bow topped it with a pearl accent piece and there you have it..oh I also machine stitched around the edges of the card in blue thread to add just enough blue to my creation. Someday, I will learn to a)tie a ribbon and b) use that LARGE of a ribbon on my cards!!
Love the glossy accents over the main image! Reminds me of a vintage photo (and now storing that idea in the HUGE empty vault of my brain!!)
