Halloween Mini Album

Here is a cute Halloween album I created for Want2Scrap™...this is just one of their fabby chipboard albums.
I used Black Acrylic paint from Eco Green Crafts..love this paint, it covers in one coat quick and easy clean up too.
I adhered the pattern paper to the inside cover using Beacon Adhesive Zip Dry, shown here.
Doesn't that Nestabling™ just make this page pop...I just love this bling. The little chip board pieces are from My Minds Eye.
I used some stamps from Waltzingmouse and stamped them directly on my page then topped it off with a small Kimmie Bracket Bling from Want2Scrap™.
Neat little trick once you put your Nestabling™ down there is a sticky band in between each bling, sprinkle a little glitter and add some more sparkle to your page.
Here's a fun page, I added bling to the spider web..all around each piece of the web..just love that sparkle.

Hand trimmed the spiders out of the My Minds Eye pattern paper and this is my favorite page from the album, I wonder why...hmmm could it be all that BLING?
Creating these mini albums are so much fun, you have just the right amount of space to be creative with stamps, chip board pieces and yes BLING.
Having coordinating paper and chip board pieces make creating each page fast and simple, let's not forget to add that BLING, it just makes your page pop.
Here is a close up of the skeleton chip board piece on the front of the album, I took two black rhinestone bling and made his eyes sparkle and pop. Well I hope you have found some helpful tips and go check out all the other amazing albums at Want2Scrap™. Crafty Smiles, Terre

Bling For All Season's.....Want2Scrap Style

I know what you all are thinking? Has she lost her mind doing Christmas in April? Well just like my title says Bling For All Season's, isn't this layout of my little Leahandra just darling all blinged out with Want2Scrap 2010 Black Pearl Swirls and did you notice the 12 x 12 Decorative Acrylic Sheet Style A from Want2Scrap? I painted this acrylic sheet with Americana White paint with a sponge, added just a touch of My Minds Eye pattern paper behind my photos and glitter letters along the side. I attached everything to my acrylic sheet with Beacon Adhesive Zip Dry.

The stamp set I used is from Waltzingmouse called Big Blooms Poinsettias and the Fancy Phrases is stamped inside the S4-235 Fancy Tags from Spellbinders, my leaves that I die cut out are part of the newly released dies from Spellbinders called S4-321 Nested Leaves.
Here is a side view of how beautiful the 2010 Black Pearl Swirls look next to the soft mauve of the poinsettia.

Thank you for stopping by my BLING For All Season's blog post.  Hugs Terre

Spring/Easter Blog Hop

Welcome to my Blog! Today is my first Blog Hop with a wonderful group of talented designers from Designer Crafts Blog Connection. You will find a badge on my sidebar that will able you to click forward or click backwards to see what the next crafty creation will be waiting for your viewing pleasure.

The Theme today is Spring/Easter so I created this colorful Vintage Easter card, that I just absolutely love.
I started by using my S5-022 Label Eight die template from Spellbinders and die cut my Easter creative scrap from Crafty Secrets. While I was at it I used my GC-001 Grand Calibur to die cut the Labels Eight out of thin chipboard to create a frame.

I took a second creative scrap and hand trimmed the tulip, duck and little girls outfit to pop up using foam squares to add dimension to my card. I stamped my Easter Egg stamps called Nestie Eggs from Waltzingmouse (love them) using colored ink, I then die cut the Easter Eggs out using the Nested Egg die template from Spellbinders. I then added White Finesse Swirls to the smallest egg, Amber Rhinestones to the middle size egg and Baby Blue Rhinestones to the large egg, don't they look amazing with the Want2Scrap bling.
I tied assorted ribbon from Creative Impressions to the frame and off white button to the bottom of the frame. I machines stitched the pink loop ribbon trim to lower part of my card and then I assembled the pieces using Beacon Adhesive Zip Dry. Remember sanding and inking your pieces give your creations that vintage worn look. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have been inspired to go create your own Vintage Easter Card. Hugs Terre
