Just For Fun Color Challenge Friday

Happy Friday Everyone and you know what that means...time for another Color Challenge Friday at

 Just For Fun. Todays color challenge involved colors that I normally shy away from, Red, Yellow & Black. I created my card using B2291 Just A Note, Flower and Leaves are all stamps created by Just For Fun.

Just For Fun Friday Color Challenge

I am a little late in posting this weeks Friday Color Challenge for Just For Fun, I have been a little under the
weather this last week, so I am now playing catch up. Today I created this kind of spring, nature or maybe
even vintage card using the colors from the color challenge. I used G3354 Floral Swirl and A2412 Memories from Just For Fun. I didn't have any craft colored paper so I decided to use a brownish colored paper bag and I inked it with my Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk from Clearsnaps..yes I tend to use that color alot!! JustRite Day 3 Mega March Blog Hop

Welcome to day 3 of the JustRite March Mega Blog Hop! Today is my sister Margarita's Birthday so the card I created is in honor of my sister's birthday....Happy Birthday Pete....don't ask long story about her nick name but I love her very much. I created this card using JB-09730 Stitched With Love Borders & Centers from JustRite. I started by picking my favorite companies pattern paper, My Mind Eye, used one of their chipboard accesories, tied a couple ribbons from Creative Impressions around the accent piece and adhered it to my card front with Zip Dry from Beacon Adhesive. I machine stitched around my card and added a few buttons as embellishements to go along with the stitched with love theme. I stamped my image with black Memento Ink and colored the thread yellow using my copic markers. Using my Spellbinders S4-124 Classic Scalloped Circle LG and S4-125 Classic Scalloped Circles SM die templates, I cut my stamped image and my yellow mat and adhered them to my card front. I hope you have enjoyed my sister's birthday card because it will now be late because i still have not sent it to her....oh well at least she can see it here. Hugs Terre.

Just For Fun Color Challenge #3

Hello Everyone and yes it it time for another Color Challenge with Just For Fun. Today's color challege was to us the following colorsso for my 3rd color I chose blues. My card is kind of a vintage style using B3177 Poinsettia and F1845 French Script. If you are in the area Just For Fun will be here at the StampScrapArtTour, Philadelphia/Oaks, PA 2010 on March 27 & 28th so stop on by and say hello. My card is not your typical poisettia card but I used some of my favorite products such as Copic Markers, Beacon Adhesives - Zip Dry,Clearsnaps Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk. Stickles, Ribbon, Lace, Buttons oh my!!!! I also used some new dies that Spellbinders released at CHA, S4-248 Labels Thirteen and S5-022 Labels Ten. Just For Fun Color Challenge Friday

Hello Everyone and welcome to our second color challenge for Just For Fun. I hope you enjoy what I have created for this color challenge. I had fun using these colors as they are not some I would generally put together but they seemed to work, I used C3119 Friends and G3354 Floral Swirl from Just For Fun, Spellbinders S4-161 Labels One, S4-243 Diamond Ric Rac and S4-136 Classic Hearts one of a kind die templates. My favorite paper company My Minds Eye Wild Asparagus patterned paperand what color of fluid chalk...yes you guessed it Chestnut Roan from Colorbox/Clearsnaps and yes it is truly my favorite to use, Beacon Adhesive Zip Dry you will love this product if you haven't tried it, I know I do. We can't for get my buttons and ribbon the things I like to call the fluff of the project, you know the things that make you smile when you know you have picked just the right ones to make the project pop...the fluff!!!! Today I have created this vintage card with a few of my favorite things such as Just For Fun Rubber Stamps B2136 Watch Face, large, H2435 Paris Fashions and B3112 Treasured Times, Spellbinders S4-235 Fancy Tags and S4-114 Standard Circles, LG, My Minds Eye Lush Collection of Brads, Bling ,Ribbon and Quite Contrary Patterend Paper, Copic Markers , Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry paper Glue and Tsukineko Memento Dew Drop Tuxedo Black. JustRite Font Challenge

This is my layout I complete using my JustRite Stampers JB-08605 Times New Roman Lowercase Font set

and Spellbinders S4-157 Sunflower Set One and S4-072 Flowers Creations die templates. I created this eye catching layout by cutting my photos out using my dies. I used the justRite font set and stamped my handmade tabs along the side of my photo. Let's not forget my favorite paper company My Minds Eye. I hope you have enjoyed my creative layout. Hugs Terre
