Queen of Hearts Blog Hop

Welcome to the Quietfire Queen of Hearts Blog Hop!

We’re sharing our love/Valentine project ideas with you as we lead up to the big Queen of Hearts event on February 14th!

Today is my turn!

For my card, I used Valentine's Day/Love 2013, set of 8 stamps, there are so many wonderful sentiments in this set, it was hard to choose!

I stamped my sentiment on Spellbinders Lacey Oval Decorative Elements die template and then put WOW Black Embossing Powder over it and heat set the powder, it just made the sentiment pop! My die cuts are Spellbinders new 5 x 7 Detailed Scallops Card Creator...I just love this die template! Added some Want2Scrap Swirls Finesse White Pearls after all who doesn't love pearls? Secured all of my Kaiser Craft pattern paper with Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry and there you have it, a perfect Valentine's Day Card!
I used the Spellbinders Scalloped Heart die template and decorated the inside of my card! Now for the details of this amazing blog hop........

Each day designers will be posting brand new artwork they have created using Quietfire rubber stamps.  Visit our blogs on the day of our featured project, post a comment on our Blog Hop post (see the schedule below) and you will be eligible to win a grab bag of Quietfire Design rubber stamps valued at $50!  Each Designer will randomly choose a winner from the comments on their own Blog Hop post, so make sure you’ve commented on all the blogs by midnight Thursday, February 14th.  Tell your friends!

This card is a modern take on the construction paper and doily valentines that we all made as children. Thanks for the memory and happy valentine's day to you!
