Nestabling™ Week with Scrap-Mart and Want2Scrap™

Hello and thank you for joining us for our very first Nestabling week!  Designers from both Scrap-Mart.com and Want2Scrap have teamed up to bring you a week long mini blog hop full of beautiful projects featuring Nestabling by Want2Scrap.  If you are just joining us, hop on over to the Scrap-Mart Blog and start there.  Before we get started with the projects, we’d like to send a special thanks to Want2Scrap for their generous donation of Nestabling for our designers to work with.

What a fun time this is going to be, week long mini blog hop involving Nestabling™? How could you not stop by each blog to see what they have created with this AMAZING Nestabling™!!! I must be in a holiday mood but in July? Go figure!!  I created this vintage Christmas Card address book using a lined journal I found on the Dollar Spot at Target, what a great gift idea and cheap too! I took pattern paper from My Minds Eye and covered the front and back, inside and out of the journal. Inked all the edges with Clearsnap Chestnut Roan Fluid Chalk Using my Grand Calibur™ from Spellbinders™, I die cut S5-019 Labels Eight out of pattern paper, sanded the edges adhered one to the center of the journal cover and the other one I cut in half. I took the Nestabling™ Labels Nine Silver Rhinestone, cut it half and placed it on the the Labels Eight halves. I cut a ribbon slits on both halves and attached burgundy silk ribbon from Creative Impressions.
Do you see how easy it is to use the NESTABLING without a die cut? I tied a bow out of the silk ribbon
and set it aside for later. I die cut one piece from brown card stock, one pieces from pattern paper, making
a from from the pattern piece and the center piece from a Crafty Secrets Christmas Scrap all using S4-233
Labels Nine. I placed Nestabling™ Labels Nine Silver Rhinestone on the brown die cut and the pattern
paper piece and for the center I used the Nestabling™ Labels Nine Silver Rhinestone as a frame around the
Vintage Santa.
I added some paper flowers and die cut two leaves from the S4-328 Foliage die template, inked the edges
and adhered the leaves under the paper flowers using Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry.
I don't now about you but I love flourishes so I had to add some Swirls, Finesse Black Rhinestones from
Want2Scrap™ an to top off he cover of my Vintage Christmas Card address book I added a decorative
nob and to make the center pop, I added four 72 Count Black Rhinestones from Want2Scrap™.
I added letter tabs to the lined paper inside this Christmas Card address book using the same pattern paper
on the front. For the inside of the address book  I cut a picture of Santa from the pattern paper and added
the 72 Count Black Rhinestones around the inner edge of the cut out. I added a little sentiment from one of
my favorite Christmas Stories "Twas The Night" you know the rest.
Thank you for stopping by my blog on the very first day of this amazing Mini Blog Hop featuring you got
it!!!!! NESTABLING! See below for the remaining days and blogs to stop by, you won't want to miss all the
great creativity using this amazing product. REMEMBER......you don't have to have a DIE CUT to create
beautiful project with NESTABLING. Crafty Smiles......Terre

I, I, I, I... DON'T know WHERE to start, or HOW to stop drooling! THIS is a SHOW STOPPER, my friend! Like, why don't you just bling up a lil' something and make it look purdy.... Da, da, dah - YEAH, RIGHT!!! How 'bout robbing the Royal family of ALL OF THEIR jewels - maybe THEN, you MIGHT have something to rival the goodness of this OUTSTANDING creation that stands before us - this is SPECTACULAR! My tongue, seriously, cannot stop wagging - this is CRAZY good! YOU, my little friend - are SUCH a beautiful enabler! THIS is a piece to be TREASURED throughout the AGES! - It's THAT kind of fabulous - YEEEE HAW!
